Compassion A Deeper Guideline for Life Beyond Appearances
Often, people appear outwardly beautiful and composed.
Smiles shine brightly, and life looks like filtered photographs on social media.
But behind those appearances lie storms unseen by anyone.
Confusion, sorrow, loneliness, failure, fear all remain invisible.
Therefore, judging someone’s inner state based on their outward appearance is a mistake.
Appearance is a mask.
Truth is hidden within.
Because these hidden storms cannot be easily perceived, compassion among people becomes essential.
Compassion is the attitude of feeling another’s pain and standing by them in support.
It is deeper than appearance, because it touches the inner truth of human beings.
A person may smile outwardly, yet within them tears may flow.
The ability to understand those hidden tears that is compassion.
Human beings naturally tend to judge others.
But judgment must always come after love and empathy.
To judge someone’s life without fully knowing it is unjust.
When love and empathy come first, judgment softens.
Love gives the strength to tolerate another’s flaws.
Empathy creates the mindset to share their pain and offer comfort.
For life to be truly fulfilling, inner feelings must be valued more than outward appearances.
Compassion, love, and empathy are the foundation of human relationships.
Compassion:
Feeling another’s pain and standing by them.
Love:
Covering flaws and bringing forth the good.
Empathy:
Sharing pain and offering solace.
When these three unite, life becomes sweet.
The beauty of appearances is temporary.
But the beauty of compassion is everlasting.
In a society where compassion, love, and empathy come first, that society will be healthy.
Judgments will lessen.
Understanding will increase.
People will stand in support of one another.
This must begin in families, then extend to friends, workplaces, and all social relationships.
Bright smiles, beautiful looks, filtered lives these are only outward charms.
True life is filled with storms carried within.
To face those storms, what people need is compassion, love, and empathy.
Let judgment stay behind.
Let love come forward.
This is the true guideline for a fulfilling life.
With love,
