True Strength Is Self-Control

You Are Closer Than You Think
You Are Closer Than You Think
There are moments in life when it feels as though nothing is happening.
Our minds begin to whisper that every effort we make is ending as nothing more than an effort.
Questions like, "Am I really on the right path?" and "When will my hard work finally bear fruit?" keep knocking on the doors of our hearts.
During such moments, I remind myself of a truth that life has taught me.
You are standing in the middle of your own turning point.
The seeds you have sown are about to bloom in ways that will amaze even you.
You are exactly where you are meant to be.
These are not merely words of comfort.
They are truths born from the lived experiences of someone who has walked closely with life.
My dear young friends,
I do not stand before you as someone who claims to have all the answers.
Rather, I stand at a stage in life where I wish to share a few lessons that time has graciously taught me.
The failures I have faced, the disappointments I have endured, the silent battles I have fought, and the truths I have eventually discovered form the very foundation of this message.
Life is like a tree.
The world admires only its fruits.
But very few ever stop to think about how many years its roots struggled silently beneath the soil, unseen by anyone.
Our lives are no different.
Today, you may be working quietly.
No one may appreciate your efforts.
No one may recognise your abilities.
It may even seem as though people who have worked less than you are moving ahead faster.
But when a seed lies beneath the soil, it is not dying.
It is growing.
Likewise, the seasons in your life when it appears that nothing is happening on the outside are often the very seasons when the greatest transformations are taking place within you.
Another lesson life has taught me is this:
Everything has its appointed time.
Some doors do not open the moment we knock.
Some people may never understand us, no matter how genuine we are.
Some dreams do not come true at the age we expected them to.
That does not mean life has rejected us.
It simply means life is still preparing us.
Every challenge you face today may be training you for the place you are meant to stand tomorrow.
A sculptor does not destroy a block of stone.
He simply reveals the beautiful sculpture hidden within it.
Life works in much the same way.
Sometimes it feels as though life is breaking us apart.
But in reality, it is shaping us into the people we are meant to become.
My dear young friends,
Never measure your life against someone else's.
Not every seed sprouts on the same day.
Not every flower blooms in the same season.
Every person has a different time written into their journey.
That is why you should never compare your path with anyone else's.
Your journey is unique.
Your timing is unique.
Your success will also be uniquely yours.
Do not resent where you are today.
It may well be the training ground that is preparing you for tomorrow's heights.
The people you meet today...
The pain you experience...
The responsibilities you carry...
The tears you silently shed...
None of these are wasted.
One day, when you look back, you will say with amazement,
"So this is why I had to go through all those experiences."
That is why I say once again:
You are standing in the middle of your turning point.
A little more patience.
A little more faith.
A little more perseverance.
Your seeds are already beginning to grow.
Just because they have not yet broken through the surface does not mean they are not alive.
Fill your heart with good thoughts.
Keep developing your talents every single day.
Surround yourself with good people.
Learn from your mistakes.
Become the person worthy of success even before success arrives.
Because success is first born in the mind.
Only afterwards does it become visible in life.
The purpose of writing this message is not to teach you how to live.
It is simply to share the wisdom I have gained through my own experiences, hoping that it may help you shape the best version of yourself.
The path I walked does not have to become yours.
But if even a few of the truths I have learned can become a small lamp that lights your journey, I will consider this effort worthwhile.
Always remember...
Life has not forgotten you.
Your dreams have not expired.
Your efforts have not been wasted.
You are not in the wrong place.
You are exactly where you are meant to be.
The seeds you have planted are about to bloom in ways that will amaze even you.
Until that day arrives, hold firmly to your faith and never let go of hope.
"You Can Do It."
With affection,

Haste may bring us shells, but only patience can give us pearls.
After travelling through many years of life, I have come to realise that some truths are not learned from books; they are taught by life itself.
Among those truths, one lesson stands above the rest:
"Haste may bring us shells, but only patience can give us pearls. Time and patience are the strengths of the wise."
Within these few words lies a wisdom that has the power to transform an entire life.
Today's world moves at an incredible pace.
We have developed a mindset that expects everything instantly. At the press of a button, information appears. With a single click, products arrive at our doorstep. Within minutes, we can speak to someone on the other side of the world.
This speed has undoubtedly brought us convenience.
But life's greatest successes and the deepest growth of a human being can never be achieved by speed alone.
You cannot plant a seed today and sit under its shade tomorrow.
A tree takes years to grow tall and strong.
A river flows gently, yet it possesses the power to carve its way through solid rock.
Nature itself teaches us the language of patience every single day.
Throughout my life's journey, I have met many people.
I have seen those who rushed in search of success.
I have also seen those who quietly worked, persevered, and ultimately rose to great heights.
Many decisions made in haste eventually led to regret.
But decisions made with careful thought, patience, and good timing brought lasting fulfilment and beauty to life.
This is one of the greatest lessons that experience has taught me.
Patience is not merely the ability to wait.
It is the ability to grow while we wait.
Many young people ask me,
"When will success come?"
My answer is always the same.
Success is not a destination; it is a journey. Every day that you learn, correct your mistakes, strengthen your mind, and nurture your humanity, you are already succeeding.
An opportunity that seems to have passed you by today may return tomorrow in an even better form.
What appears to be failure today may become the greatest teacher that prepares you for tomorrow.
Only one thing is required.
Patience.
Time answers many questions.
Patience opens many doors.
Haste closes many of them.
Life does not always unfold according to our wishes.
Yet every experience life offers is an opportunity to become a better human being.
Youth is the season of energy and speed.
But it is patience that gives direction to that speed.
Speed alone can lead a vehicle into an accident.
Only when speed is guided by awareness does it safely reach its destination.
The same is true in life.
Enthusiasm is essential.
Dreams are essential.
Hard work is essential.
But the quiet force that completes them all is patience.
My dear young friends,
Some of your friends may seem to be ahead of you.
Some may enjoy greater comforts.
Some may appear to have achieved success much sooner.
Do not measure your journey against theirs.
Not every seed sprouts on the same day.
Not every flower blooms in the same season.
Life has written a different timeline for every individual.
Your time will come.
Until then, continue preparing yourself.
Keep learning.
Remain humble.
Keep working with dedication.
The success you achieve then will endure.
The purpose of writing these reflections is not to preach to you.
It is simply to share what I have witnessed in my own life, the people I have met, the mistakes I have made, the lessons I have learned, and the truths that were forged in the fire of experience.
Not every experience of mine will apply to your life.
But if even one thought from these reflections helps you make a better decision, or inspires you to shape yourself into a finer human being, then I will consider these writings worthwhile.
For I firmly believe one thing:
The greatest inheritance we leave behind is not the wealth we accumulate, but the wisdom we share through our experiences.
That is why my message to you today is simple.
Do not be impatient.
Do not lose hope.
Trust time.
Trust your hard work.
Make patience your lifelong companion.
One day, your life too will shine with precious experiences and remarkable achievements—like pearls of immeasurable value.
You Can Do It.

just a thought
After journeying through many years of life, I have come to realize that some truths are not learned from books; they can only be learned through experience.
One of those truths is this: the desire to change the world is a noble one.
But the journey of changing the world must always begin with changing ourselves.
When I was young, I thought differently.
I believed people had to change, society had to change, circumstances had to change, and injustice had to disappear. My heart struggled endlessly with these thoughts.
But over time, life gently led me to a profound realization.
If we devoted even a small portion of the energy we spend trying to change the world around us to awakening the goodness that lies dormant within us, the first wave of transformation would arise in our own hearts.
Only then would it naturally spread to our families, our friends, and eventually to society itself.
Love is not merely an emotion.
It is a way of life.
It is not a weapon to conquer another person.
It is a divine force that uplifts another human being.
Where genuine love is present, ego quietly steps aside.
Anger begins to dissolve.
Patience blossoms.
Understanding takes root.
Today, the world has advanced remarkably in knowledge.
It has reached extraordinary heights in technology.
Yet countless human hearts continue to wander in search of peace.
The reason is simple: while we have invested immensely in external progress, we have neglected the growth of our inner lives.
My dear young friends,
You are not responsible for changing everyone around you.
But you are entirely responsible for refining your own thoughts, your words, and your actions.
A kind word from you may become healing for someone's wounded heart.
A small act of compassion may rekindle hope in a life that is about to give up.
The genuine respect you offer may restore another person's sense of dignity.
This world is made beautiful not merely by great achievements, but by the quiet accumulation of countless small acts of goodness.
Throughout my life, I have met many people who possessed neither wealth nor power.
Yet the love they shared continues to keep them alive in the hearts of others.
At the same time, I have also seen people blessed with influence and abundance fade quickly from memory because they failed to leave behind the legacy of love.
That is why I wish to tell you this.
Search for the good person who still sleeps within you.
Bring that person into the light.
Awaken the compassion resting quietly in your heart.
Cultivate the strength to forgive.
Learn to rejoice in the success of others.
Make gratitude a daily habit rather than an occasional feeling.
When you change, your perspective changes.
And when your perspective changes, the whole world appears transformed.
Another lesson life has taught me is that being a good human being is never a sign of weakness.
It is one of the greatest forms of strength.
Anyone can become angry.
Anyone can hate.
Anyone can seek revenge.
But it takes a mature heart to love, to forgive, and to understand.
Every article I write has a purpose.
It is not merely to offer advice.
Rather, it is to share the little wisdom I have gathered from my own life—from the people I have met, the mistakes I have made, the lessons I have learned, and the experiences that time itself has graciously taught me.
If even one of these reflections becomes a small ray of light at a turning point in your life, I can ask for no greater joy.
I have never claimed that my words are the ultimate truth.
I simply offer a few truths that life has allowed me to discover, hoping they may become humble companions on your own journey.
Each one of you is unique.
Within you lie undiscovered talents, immeasurable love, deep compassion, and an inner light waiting to shine.
It is your responsibility to bring them forth.
Shape yourself.
Beautify your heart.
Sow noble thoughts.
Express genuine love.
Then the world you longed to change will begin to change—quietly, naturally, through you.
Such transformation requires no protests.
Love is enough.
A heart that sows love is enough.
Move forward with hope.
You can do it.
With affection,
Sakthi Sakthithasan

Little Lights of Love – The Quiet Power That Changes the World
Little Lights of Love – The Quiet Power That Changes the World
Most people go through life with a desire to change the world.
Yet we often assume that the world can only be transformed through great revolutions, political power, wealth, or extraordinary achievements.
In truth, if we turn the pages of history, we find that the seeds of the greatest transformations were often sown through the smallest acts.
A gesture of kindness shown by one person to another, a helping hand offered without expectation, words of comfort spoken to a broken heart, or a hand extended to someone who has lost hope—these are the quiet revolutions of humanity.
The thought, "Every act of love leaves behind a little light," is not merely a beautiful expression.
It is one of life's deepest truths.
Darkness does not always require the sun to disappear. A single lamp is enough to illuminate the night.
Likewise, although we may not be able to remove all the suffering in the world, we can kindle a small spark of hope in someone's life.
That hope alone may give them the courage to live again.
The beauty of love is that it is never measured by its size.
It is measured by its sincerity.
More valuable than giving a thousand possessions may be quietly listening to someone's pain at the moment they need it most.
Often, people seek not solutions, but a heart that truly understands them.
The moments when we become that heart are among the greatest achievements of human life.
We often fail to realize the value of a gentle word.
Yet to someone whose spirit is weary, it may become the medicine that restores life.
Harsh criticism rarely changes a person.
But a hopeful word, a simple "You can do this," or the reassuring promise, "I am with you," has changed the course of countless lives.
Words possess life.
They have the power to wound, and they also have the power to heal.
That is why thinking before we speak, and choosing love when we speak, becomes a philosophy of life.
Patience, too, is not merely the ability to wait.
It is love in its most mature form.
Many relationships break because we expect everyone to think exactly as we do.
But when we recognize that every person is carrying their own unseen struggles, patience naturally begins to grow within us.
A heart that learns to see the wound behind someone's anger, the pain behind someone's silence, and the ignorance behind someone's mistakes is the true mark of humanity.
A smile is one of the simplest acts imaginable.
It requires no money, no position, and no authority.
Yet it builds an invisible bridge between two hearts.
Many times, through a smile, we silently tell another person, "You are not alone."
That small smile may transform someone's entire day.
A smile is therefore not merely the beauty of the face—it is the light of the soul.
The phrase, "A hand that lovingly holds another," reveals an even deeper truth.
There are moments in life when people do not need advice.
They simply need someone to stand beside them.
The hand that lifts the fallen, rests gently on the shoulder of one who weeps, or strengthens someone who is afraid—these are the languages of human love.
This language needs no translation.
Hearts understand it instinctively.
One of love's greatest qualities is that it is never wasted.
The good we do may not be rewarded immediately.
Sometimes those we help may even forget us.
Gratitude may never return.
Yet none of this diminishes the value of love.
For love's true reward is not found outside ourselves.
It is found in the way it transforms our own hearts.
Everyone who strives to bring light into another person's life gradually dissolves a little of the darkness within themselves.
The world often becomes harsh because of indifference.
The attitude of "Why should I care?" dries up human relationships.
But the question, "What can I do?" makes the world gentler.
Human society does not endure through laws alone.
It survives because people genuinely care for one another.
Family, friendship, community, and civilization itself are all built upon the foundations of love and compassion.
The true legacy we leave behind is not our wealth, our titles, or our fame.
It is the feelings we awaken in the lives of others.
Why are some people remembered long after they are gone?
Not merely because of their remarkable achievements, but because they left an unforgettable imprint of love upon countless hearts.
It is not the number of years a person lives that matters.
It is the way they lived.
Every day, we stand before a choice.
Will we wound or heal?
Will we condemn or understand?
Will we sow hatred or plant seeds of love?
These seemingly small choices shape our character, our communities, and ultimately our world.
That is why love is not merely an emotion.
It is a conscious decision we make every single day.
Human life is temporary.
None of us knows how long we will remain in this world.
What truly matters is not how long we live, but how much light we leave behind while we are here.
A lamp gives light by burning itself.
Love, however, does not diminish by being shared.
Instead, it grows stronger.
The compassion we offer, the smiles we share, the patience we show, and the helping hands we extend continue to live in human hearts long after the moments have passed.
Therefore, if we wish to change the world, we need not wait for the world itself to change.
A single act of love beginning within our own hearts is enough.
Every loving action becomes a little light.
That light touches another heart.
From there, another light is born.
This ever-expanding chain of love is humanity's greatest hope.
In the end, life asks us only one question.
Not, "How much did you acquire?"
But rather,
"How much light did you leave behind?"
The most beautiful answer to that question is found in our acts of love.
Because we cared,
because we chose kindness,
because we embraced our shared humanity,
the world has become, even if only slightly, gentler today than it was yesterday.
That is the quiet triumph of human life,
and the eternal philosophy of love.
With love,

The Journey of Life: Embracing Change and Growth
The Journey of Life: Embracing Change and Growth
Life is not a stagnant state.
it is a beautiful journey of continuous changes.
From the moment a human being is born until the very end, everything they experience is a process that moves them to the next stage.
This movement happens not only because of external circumstances but also due to the evolution of inner awareness.
For someone who lacks the mindset to accept change, life can seem like a burden.
However, for those who view change as the natural flow of life, it turns into an opportunity for growth.
When a child learns to walk, they fall and rise many times.
Those falls are not failures; they are the foundation of progress.
Similarly, the challenges, losses, and failures that humans encounter in life are not meant to weaken them, but rather to make them stronger.
A job loss, a breakup, or a shattered expectation though painful at that moment eventually opens up a new path.
Change often induces fear.
It is natural to feel hesitant when leaving a familiar environment for a new situation.
Yet, it is the courage to cross that hesitation that makes a human being complete.
For instance, when an ordinary person leaves their hometown to work abroad, they face changes in language, culture, and lifestyle.
Although it may make them uncomfortable initially, over time, it transforms them into a person filled with self-confidence.
Every stage of life is a lesson:
School life teaches discipline.
Work life makes one realize responsibility.
Family life imparts the meaning of love and sacrifice.
All these experiences shape a person into a complete human being. When a person progresses in life, it is not measured solely by money or status.
True progress is measured by the growth of their inner peace, balance, and humanity.
Sometimes life moves in an unexpected direction.
Moments will come when nothing goes according to our plans, and in those times, many lose faith in life. But in reality, it is those very struggles that lead us toward new ways of thinking.
A seed sown by a farmer does not turn into a tree immediately.
Buried in the soil, it experiences rain and sunshine, growing slowly. Similarly, human dreams must grow with patience and effort.
The ability to accept changes in life makes a person mentally resilient.
A person who has faced a loss and learned to live past it becomes capable of facing anything with courage in the future.
This mental strength is the true wealth of life.
External comforts may be lost, but if inner resolve grows, a person can always move forward.
Furthermore, life is a journey toward completeness.
Completeness is not a state free of flaws; rather, it is the wisdom of learning to live with flaws.
A person truly grows when they realize their weaknesses and make efforts to improve them.
This journey of self-understanding is the foundation of spiritual growth.
All the answers we seek outside are ultimately found through inner reflection.
This concept is also clearly visible in social life.
When a family faces problems and tackles them together, the bond within that family strengthens further.
Similarly, when a society accepts various changes and moves forward, it transforms into a developed society.
A society that resists change will falter, while a society that embraces change will progress.
Life is a call to look forward.
Getting trapped in what happened in the past hinders progress.
The past should be a lesson; it should not become a prison.
The mindset of moving toward the future with hope is what keeps a human being alive.
When we realize that every single day is a new opportunity, life ceases to be a burden and turns into a meaningful journey.
The concept that life is about moving to the next stage, accepting changes, and making ourselves stronger and more complete serves not only as a high spiritual philosophy but also as the foundation of an ordinary person's daily life.
A person who realizes this truth will not falter under any circumstance and will view life as an opportunity.
Using every experience as a stepping stone, they will continuously advance themselves toward completeness.
Yours,
Sakthi Sakthithasan

Life Exists Only in the Present Moment
Life Exists Only in the Present Moment
How can we gain Freedom from the Suffering Created by Memory and Imagination ?
"You cannot actually suffer from the past or the future, because neither exists in this moment.
The suffering you experience comes only from your memories and your imagination."
This statement may appear simple, but hidden within it is a profound truth about existence.
It is not merely a piece of psychological advice.
It is a modern expression of the timeless spiritual wisdom discovered by sages and realized by enlightened beings across the ages.
When this truth is deeply understood, it has the power to transform an ordinary person's everyday life in a revolutionary way.
We divide time into three parts: the past, the present, and the future.
But if we look carefully, only the present truly exists.
The past no longer exists. It survives only as memory a trace recorded in the mind.
The future does not yet exist. It is merely imagination a possibility created by the mind.
The very moment in which you are reading these words is the only reality.
Apart from the awareness of this present moment, nothing else truly exists.
This is the deeper meaning behind the teaching often attributed to the Bhagavad Gita:
"Whatever happened, happened for the good. Whatever is happening, is happening for the good. Whatever will happen, will also happen for the good."
Worry about the past and anxiety about the future are games played by the mind.
To become one with what is happening now is the beginning of wisdom.
Ramana Maharshi likewise encouraged seekers to ask, "Who am I?"
The answer to that question can only be discovered in the present moment—not in memories or imagination.
Where Does Suffering Come From?
Physical pain belongs to the present moment. It has causes and, often, remedies.
But what torments human beings most is not physical pain—it is psychological suffering.
If we examine this suffering carefully, we find that it arises from only two sources.
1. Memory
The mind repeatedly returns to the past:
"He said that to me."
"That incident hurt me."
"I lost something precious."
The event itself is over.
It no longer touches you in this moment.
Yet the mind recreates it again and again, making you relive it as though it were happening now.
This is the first root of psychological suffering.
2. Imagination
The mind also creates suffering through thoughts such as:
"What if something goes wrong tomorrow?"
"What if I fail?"
"What if they leave me?"
The event has not even happened.
There is no certainty that it ever will.
Yet the mind believes its own story and begins to fear it as though it were already real.
This is the second root of suffering.
If we observe both carefully, a great truth becomes evident.
Even when there is no real danger in this very moment, the mind weaves imaginary stories and traps us inside them.
What does the Buddha's Teaching of the Two Arrows say ?
Buddhist philosophy offers a beautiful metaphor.
Life shoots us one arrow.
That first arrow may be physical pain, loss, disappointment, or failure.
It is unavoidable.
It is part of life.
But then we shoot ourselves with a second arrow by thinking:
"Why did this happen to me?"
"What if it gets even worse?"
"I will never recover."
The first arrow is fired by life.
The second arrow is fired by ourselves.
It is this second arrow—created by memory and imagination—that produces most of our suffering.
The Present Moment Is a Refuge
When this truth is understood, an extraordinary freedom becomes possible.
The present moment is almost always bearable.
Ask yourself:
"What needs to be done right now?"
The answer is usually simple:
Take this breath.
Do this task.
Speak to this person.
But ask,
"What will happen to my whole life?"
and the mind becomes overwhelmed.
Why?
Because that question does not belong to the present.
It belongs to the endless territory of imagination.
The spiritual teacher Eckhart Tolle explains this beautifully in The Power of Now:
There is never any time except Now.
Life always unfolds only in the present.
It is the mind that divides reality into past and future and becomes trapped in its own creation.
The Tamil Siddha tradition expresses the same insight.
When Vallalar spoke of the state beyond birth and death, he pointed toward an awakened awareness rooted in the eternal present.
The essence of the Siddha teaching is simple:
The past is gone.
The future will come when it comes.
Only the present is real.
What are the practical Ways to Live This Truth
Understanding this intellectually is not enough.
It must become part of daily life.
1. Observe Your Breath
Whenever your mind wanders into the past or the future, gently return your attention to your breathing.
Breath always exists in the present.
It immediately brings you back to Now.
2. Feel Your Body
Notice your feet touching the ground.
Feel the warmth in your hands.
Become aware of your posture.
The body always lives in the present.
Only the mind travels through time.
3. Recognize Thoughts for What They Are
Whenever a painful thought appears, ask yourself:
"Is this actually happening now, or am I reliving a memory or believing an imagined future?"
Often, this simple question is enough to loosen the mind's grip.
4. Do Only What Can Be Done Now
You cannot change the past.
You cannot completely control the future.
But you can perform one meaningful action in this present moment.
That is the only real power you possess.
5. Practice Meditation or Prayer
Spend a few minutes each day sitting quietly.
Observe your thoughts without judging them.
With regular practice, the mind gradually loses its habit of constantly wandering through time.
This is the foundation of spiritual maturity.
Does Living in the Present Mean Ignoring Life?
A common misunderstanding needs to be clarified.
Living in the present does not mean ignoring the lessons of the past or refusing to plan for the future.
The past can be your teacher.
The future can be your roadmap.
But neither should become your home.
Learn from the past.
Plan wisely for the future.
Do not live emotionally trapped in either.
Planning is intelligence.
Living in anxiety is suffering.
Recognizing the difference is the mark of wisdom.
When a person deeply realizes,
"My suffering comes from memories and imagination,"
life gradually becomes lighter.
One is no longer a prisoner of the past or a slave to the future.
Every moment is a new birth.
Every breath is a fresh beginning.
This is one of the greatest forms of spiritual liberation available to an ordinary human being:
To let go of what has passed,
to stop clinging to what has not yet come,
and to live wholeheartedly in the only reality that truly exists—
this present moment.
Freedom from suffering is not found through extraordinary austerities or by retreating to distant mountains.
It is found here.
In this very moment.
In the place where you are now.
By gently releasing the mind from its attachment to the past and the future, and resting in the one truth that is always available:
Now.
With love,
Sakthi Sakthithasan

The Art of Self-Creation
The Art of Self-Creation
Human life is not shaped by external circumstances alone. It is a self creation built upon intrinsic decisions, heartfelt convictions, and conscious choices.
Although the thought "we must live a good life" may seem like a simple desire, it actually serves as a vital turning point that transforms a person's life.
When this decision is not merely expressed in words but becomes a genuine resolve arising from the depths of the soul, its vibrations begin to manifest across all dimensions of our existence.
Many changes that happen in this world appear to come from the outside however, they are mostly reflections of the changes occurring within our own hearts.
When a person truly decides to elevate their life, their thoughts change.
When thoughts change, actions change.
When actions change, the very path and direction of life change.
While many refer to this as "the universe helping," it is, in truth, nothing but the power of our inner soul manifesting outwardly as external events.
The appearance of the right people in our lives may seem like a casual coincidence.
But the deep philosophy behind it is that we naturally attract people who share our frequency aligned with how we think and how we wish to live.
For example, if someone desires knowledge and strives for growth, they will naturally begin to encounter people with similar mindsets.
This is the foundation of the concept: "The right people appear at the right time."
Similarly, the idea that "we will receive the character traits or the healing we need" holds a profound psychological truth.
When a person recognizes their flaws and resolves to change them, the dormant powers within them awaken.
Opportunities they previously overlooked suddenly become visible.
Things that once seemed impossible now appear achievable.
This is the ultimate expression of psychological transformation.
"Doors are opening" is a metaphor for the moments when opportunities arise in life.
However, those doors have always been there.
It is only when we are not ready to see them that they appear closed.
Once we make a firm decision and clear our minds, they seem to open. In reality, it is our vision that has opened.
The core concept of this entire philosophy is "The Decision."
The moment a person makes a true and heartfelt decision, transformation begins in their life.
This is not magic.
This is a psychological and spiritual process.
When we understand clearly what we are living for and what we want to achieve, and dedicate ourselves to it wholeheartedly, life stops working against us and starts working for us.
However, there is a crucial truth here: a decision alone is not enough; it must be accompanied by action.
Many say, "I want a good life," but make no effort toward it. In such cases, change will not happen.
A true decision must manifest in action. It must start as small daily changes and eventually grow into great successes.
Through this, we must realize that life is not something handed to us from the outside it is something created by us.
How we think and how we decide determines the quality and direction of our lives.
What we call "miracles" are actually the natural outcomes of shifts in our consciousness.
Ultimately, if a person wants to change their life, they do not need to wait for something to happen externally.
They must make a firm decision within their own heart.
If that decision is genuine, their life will change gradually but surely.
Then, every change that occurs will feel like a miracle of their own making.
Understanding and living by this truth is the great step that elevates a human being from a mundane existence to a meaningful life.
