Haste may bring us shells, but only patience can give us pearls.

After travelling through many years of life, I have come to realise that some truths are not learned from books; they are taught by life itself.

Among those truths, one lesson stands above the rest:

"Haste may bring us shells, but only patience can give us pearls. Time and patience are the strengths of the wise."

Within these few words lies a wisdom that has the power to transform an entire life.

Today's world moves at an incredible pace.

We have developed a mindset that expects everything instantly. At the press of a button, information appears. With a single click, products arrive at our doorstep. Within minutes, we can speak to someone on the other side of the world.

This speed has undoubtedly brought us convenience.

But life's greatest successes and the deepest growth of a human being can never be achieved by speed alone.

You cannot plant a seed today and sit under its shade tomorrow.

A tree takes years to grow tall and strong.

A river flows gently, yet it possesses the power to carve its way through solid rock.

Nature itself teaches us the language of patience every single day.

Throughout my life's journey, I have met many people.

I have seen those who rushed in search of success.

I have also seen those who quietly worked, persevered, and ultimately rose to great heights.

Many decisions made in haste eventually led to regret.

But decisions made with careful thought, patience, and good timing brought lasting fulfilment and beauty to life.

This is one of the greatest lessons that experience has taught me.

Patience is not merely the ability to wait.

It is the ability to grow while we wait.

Many young people ask me,

"When will success come?"

My answer is always the same.

Success is not a destination; it is a journey. Every day that you learn, correct your mistakes, strengthen your mind, and nurture your humanity, you are already succeeding.

An opportunity that seems to have passed you by today may return tomorrow in an even better form.

What appears to be failure today may become the greatest teacher that prepares you for tomorrow.

Only one thing is required.

Patience.

Time answers many questions.

Patience opens many doors.

Haste closes many of them.

Life does not always unfold according to our wishes.

Yet every experience life offers is an opportunity to become a better human being.

Youth is the season of energy and speed.

But it is patience that gives direction to that speed.

Speed alone can lead a vehicle into an accident.

Only when speed is guided by awareness does it safely reach its destination.

The same is true in life.

Enthusiasm is essential.

Dreams are essential.

Hard work is essential.

But the quiet force that completes them all is patience.

My dear young friends,

Some of your friends may seem to be ahead of you.

Some may enjoy greater comforts.

Some may appear to have achieved success much sooner.

Do not measure your journey against theirs.

Not every seed sprouts on the same day.

Not every flower blooms in the same season.

Life has written a different timeline for every individual.

Your time will come.

Until then, continue preparing yourself.

Keep learning.

Remain humble.

Keep working with dedication.

The success you achieve then will endure.

The purpose of writing these reflections is not to preach to you.

It is simply to share what I have witnessed in my own life, the people I have met, the mistakes I have made, the lessons I have learned, and the truths that were forged in the fire of experience.

Not every experience of mine will apply to your life.

But if even one thought from these reflections helps you make a better decision, or inspires you to shape yourself into a finer human being, then I will consider these writings worthwhile.

For I firmly believe one thing:
