The light of dawn has entered, driving away the darkness. Another day has gently blossomed.
We have lost a moment in life that can never be regained.
But the way we look at that loss is what truly matters.
If the mind is accustomed to sorrow, it will lament: “Alas, we have lost yet another day of our life.”
If the mind is trained to see positively, it will rejoice: “Ah, we have entered a new day! How many wonders might await us?”
Yet in reality, we are the same people today as we were yesterday.
Can a negative mindset be instantly transformed into a positive one?
Not so easily.
Experienced teachers say that the way to achieve this is through meditation.
Meditation is not a concept that appeared recently.
Thousands of years ago, sages across races, religions, and languages practiced it.
I too once held the mistaken belief that meditation was only for monks and ascetics.
Today’s world rushes forward at a frantic pace.
Without setting boundaries for our desires, we lose ourselves in the pursuit of them.
We fail to realize that true peace, joy, and health already exist within us.
Meditation is the means by which we rediscover those lost treasures of peace and bliss.
Even while enjoying the pleasures and ideals of family life, taking just a few minutes each day for meditation is something everyone can do.
Meditation transcends divisions of race, religion, and language.
Just as spirituality rises above all boundaries, so too does meditation.
My beloved younger generation,
Meditation is not something reserved only for the elderly.
Peace is urgently needed by people of all ages from five to a hundred.
Modern science too affirms this truth.
Meditation is the foundation for mental peace, physical health, and sharpened intelligence.
You can do it.
