in the journey of life, how many times have we tried to prove ourselves?

In the journey of life, how many times have we tried to prove ourselves?

There are moments when questions like “Who am I?”, “What is my worth?”, “How do others see me?” push us inward.

In search of answers to these questions, we begin to do things we never needed to do.
And as a result, the mind grows weary.

But one day, when we sit quietly and question ourselves, the truth reveals itself.

We are not meant to live to impress others.
We are meant to live to understand ourselves.

Our talent does not need a certificate.
It shines naturally through our actions, our inner peace, and our progress.

Dear young generation!

Life will pull you in many directions.
Some will lift you up, some will push you down.
Some will celebrate your dreams, some will mock them.

But through all of this, you must learn one thing:
Your worth must be defined by you — not by others.

Knowledge is not what you read in books.
Knowledge is knowing when to speak and when to remain silent.

Walking away from conflict is not weakness.
It is maturity.
It is the strength that protects your inner peace.

Sometimes, your presence may become a burden to others.
Recognizing that and stepping away with grace is an art.
It elevates you.
It makes you a gentler, wiser human being.

Life is never a straight path.
It has curves and twists.
Some relationships approach like mirages in the desert.
Some friendships pierce the heart like woodpeckers.

Yet all these experiences make you stronger.

There will be moments when you feel there are no good-hearted people in this world.
But in the same world, there will also be souls who trust you, love you, and want to uplift you.
They are the light of your journey.

For them — and for yourself — try to be the foundation of the belief that this world is still beautiful.

Our mind is a vessel.
What we fill it with determines the quality of our life.

If we carry yesterday’s sweet memories, today’s calmness, and tomorrow’s hope,
life will remain beautiful no matter how challenging it becomes.

Stress does not come from events.
It comes from the way we respond to them.
You have the power to change that.
Change your mindset, and your life will change on its own.

Wisdom is not saying, “I know everything.”
Wisdom is realizing, “There is still so much more to learn.”
That realization keeps you on the path of growth.

Young friends!

Time is the greatest wealth in life.
You cannot buy it, store it, or retrieve it once lost.
But you can use it.

If you make the right decisions at the right time,
your future will shine.
Your dreams will come true.

Believe in yourself.
Believe in your effort.
Believe in your journey.

You will succeed.
I believe in you.
You are capable.

With love,
Sakthi Sakthithasan
